The Fall

The Fall was a publication commissioned by artist Patrick Pound for the NGV Art Book Fair. The Fall is a collection of photographs of things the artist has found to hold a single idea, the idea of falling.

Pound gave us access to his image collection for this work and together we devised a format and sequence to produce the book. Large format pages combined with a smaller cover reproduction of a comic romance book. The book was bound using a singer sewn red stitch in an edition of 100.

The book received a distinction award in the 2015 AGDA Awards and was also exhibited as a winner in the 2015 Mohawk Paper Show.
